Do you use wooden or metal posts on privacy fences?

We use either Schedule 20 or Schedule 40 posts on every privacy fence we build. We have methods to wrap a metal post in wood, to simulate the look of  a wooden fence post, without compromising the strength and behavior of a metal post if desired.

Do you offer fence staining?

Yes! We exclusively use Wood Defender, the highest quality oil-based stain available. We offer a variety of different color options from a Clear Glow, to Transparent colors, as well as Semi-Transparent options.

Do you use metal gate frames?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every single gate comes equipped with a metal gate frame to prevent sagging and warping, ensuring proper opening and closing during each use. Each metal frame will also be hung on no less than a 2 7/8" schedule 40 post, with all metal to metal connections. Meaning, there will be no chance of hinges failing due to lags slipping in rotten wood. These gates will be fully operational for the lifetime of the fence and beyond.
